Düsseldorf: City of „Alt“beer, city of beer gardens
Summer brings it to light: Düsseldorf inhabitants and guests from all over the world like to drink their beer in the fresh air. The Altstadt (Old Town) with its „Alt“ beer breweries as well as the countless pubs and restaurants turns into one giant open-air-restaurant, i.e. one giant beer garden in summer. Naturally, however, there are also numerous beer gardens outside of the Altstadt (Old Town), where you can relax under the trees and leave the stress of a trade fair day behind you.
